These are to certify to all to whom it may concern that Mis[tress] Mary Leake hath paid the Assessments for her house in Petticoat Lane in the parish of St Mary Matfelon Whitechapel in the County of Middlesex whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names the sixteenth day of September Anno dni 1644. Rather browned, old waterstain. Original fold lines, one split on rear blank sheet."
