From dealer's description: "Ms on 2pp of a 4pp folded folio sheet Original folds, outer panels dusty, old stain to left hand edge of central fold. The house consists of four rooms below stairs, three chambers, parlours, and a hall, with wainscoting. It is forty foot and a half in ye front,and fifty three foot and a half in depth.
