Leaves F6 and e4, blank, lacking; fore-edge dampstained, affecting manuscript notes. Manuscript notes in Latin and Greek in brown ink, with underlining, brackets, and a few manicules. Vellum binding, gold tooled (Fr. Hollnsteiner); fore-edge mold stained, repaired several times. Defaced ownership inscription on title page "Inscript. Catal. Coll. Vien. Soc. Iesu" (with number "867" added below in same hand?); duplicate bookstamp "Biblioth. Palat. Vindobon." on t.p.; signature and notes of H.C. Hoskier on front flyleaf with his provenance "of J. Rosenthal Munich n(?). 75" and date "Oct. 1902" (no. 177 in the Sotheby sale catalog of his library, June 1908); bookplate of W.T. Smedley; booklabel with shelfmark "Incunab.
