Manuscript notes in brown ink, in several hands, manicules, underlining, and brackets; error in headline on leaf b1r has been corrected by hand; a few corrections in text and commentary; manuscript numbering of leaves in upper right corner of recto of each leaf, reading 179-250. Calculations and inscriptions below colophon, partially illegible, with name "Joanni Zejler" (covered at some time with inserted slip); other numbers handwritten on leaves h8v and i1r; initial N repeated, with flourishes, at foot of several leaves. In a later binding, repaired. Purchased in 1900 (no. 400 in the Bangs sale catalog, Ludlow library, May 1900), according to Mrs. Folger's files.
