Bound in early mottled sheep with gold filleting, red leather labels on spines have gold-tooled title: Murphy's Life of Garrick. Gold-tooled shelfmarks on spines, and barcode on back boards. Armorial bookplate (motto: La vie durante) of Sir Velters Cornewall, Bart., pasted over another armorial bookplate, probably of an earlier Cornewall baronet.
