Dedication to the authorities of Vlissingen. Armorial bookplate (motto: Grypt als 't rypt.): JM [=Isaac Meulman]. Double-stamped name, presumably of former owner, unidentified. Oblong full sheets were overlapped with each other and folded into gatherings of eight. Quarter bound in 19th-century laced-case vellum and marbled boards with calligraphed spine title. Acquired from Antiquariaat Frits Knuf, 2016-05-27. Purchase made possible by The Charles W. Engelhard Acquisitions Fund.
