Folger-specific note
Gift of Dr. Alan H. Nelson. FSL copy has both sheets of the proclamation pasted together, with manuscript annotations by Humphrey Dyson at end of text. Donation terms stipulate that the sheets will not be separated, per donor, "as they were pasted together by Humphrey Dyson, who bound them into a volume similar to the Folger's volume of Elizabethan proclamations. The numbers are in Dyson's hand. This was the last item in his James volume, and he counted up the total number of proclamations."
