Blanks completed in manuscript: "These are to certifie that the body of John Winne merchant lately deceased, and interred in the parish of St. Augustine in the said city & county ... The truth whereof is attested by Sarah Meredith and Jane Doe this 23d day of June, 1736. Lyonel Lyde, Mayr." With attestees' initials but without seals.
