Summary
Andrew Jackson dressed the part of Richard III in front of a crowd at the foot of the U.S. Capitol. His followers cheer his bank policy while he holds a scroll in his right hand and rails against Justice and Liberty who ask about public confidence, honor, reputation, credit. Another figure (possibly Martin Van Buren?) stands in the background.
