Scrapbooks, compiled by J.O. The correspondence includes letters dated 1814 from Robert Bell Wheler to John Britton regarding the cast made from the monumental bust of Shakespeare (V.a.493). The leaf from John Evans commonplace book includes entries on "Humilitie", "Husband" and "Hypocrisie" (V.a.494). The tax lists and similar manuscripts of Stratford-upon-Avon regarding repairs to be made to the Stratford chancel (V.a.493). Drawings include 2 Guidonian hands from the 15th century with musical notation for Merchant of Venice and Taming of the Shrew; a print of a forged drawing of New Place; 2 prints of male characters, one of a ballet-singer; and a print of "Mal Cut Purse" (V.a.494).
