Provenance: also pasted inside front cover is printed bookseller's description (numbered 151) of this volume which mentions an inscription on fly-leaf and attributes this to 'Sir Richard Trevor'; this inscription is no longer present and the bookseller's description has been annotated in manuscript to explain its loss: 'June 1902' and 'binding by Mudits [sic] Fly-leaf removed on binding'
