The colophon is dated 1640. A variant (STC 1167) has colophon dated 1639. Another variant (STC 1167.7) has colophon dated 1640 but a cancel letterpress title page.
At least R2,3, X1.4, Y1-4, and 2A1,4 are in at least two settings, indiscriminately mixed.
