With a penultimate advertisement leaf; the last leaf is blank.
Another issue has a dedication to Sir Thomas Marsh signed "(A)" and "(A2)" and inserted following letterpress title page.
The large folded plate with title "Antient hunting notes" (apparently also sold separately) is signed "W. Dolle: sc" and has advertisement at foot "Theis noats are taught & sould by Michaell Marsh at ye Huntsman at Holborne Bridge". Variant 1: a different plate, not by signed by Dolle, with title "The antient hunting notes" and advertisement "Sold by I: Wilcox in Little Brittain, I: Bartley in Pater Noster Row, and I: Sachfield in Lincolns Inn Square".
The plates preceding "Of hawking", "Of fowling", and "Of fishing" are all signed by Dolle. Variant 2: the plates preceding "Of hawking" and "Of fishing" are not signed.
