The British Library copy imperfect: wanting the titlepage and the preface, but is otherwise identical to the Clark copy, identified as Wing S3092. The headpiece above 'To the supream authority of England' is made of angels astride cornucopias, linked in the centre by a lyre; at head of signature B1 is a row of ornaments made of crowns and fleurs-de-lis, and sig. B is between "of" and "them". The other "M.S.", 55p. editions have different ornaments. Backlog: 087 RB.23.a.7929(5); 957 ndp.
